2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special Order Items: Items ordered specifically for you that are not part of our regular inventory.
- Electrical Components: Due to quality control and safety concerns, electrical components are non-returnable once opened.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Email or call our Customer Support team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Customer Support will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Package Your Return: Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all parts and accessories, and include the RMA in the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by Customer Support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Important: Items returned without a valid RMA may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Deductions: If applicable, the refund will be adjusted for original shipping charges, and return shipping costs if they were prepaid by EveryAutoParts.com.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and the refund is issued.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Process: Please contact Customer Support to initiate an exchange. Once the original item is returned, we will ship the replacement item.
- Additional Costs: You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs if applicable.
Note: We recommend placing a new order if you need an exchange quickly, as processing times may vary.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the Issue: Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged or defective item, if possible.
- Replacement or Refund: We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund for items that arrive damaged or defective at no cost to you.
7. Canceled Orders
- Cancellation Requests: Orders can be canceled before they ship by contacting Customer Support. If the order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
